RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Hiba Ameer, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Returns and exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange

  1. The product delivered is different from what was ordered

  2. The product is damaged at the time of delivery

  3. The product does not fit

Important Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags intact.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

1. Incorrect Product Delivered

If you receive an incorrect item, we will offer:

  • An exchange, or

  • A credit note valid for 7 days, redeemable on hibaameer.com

In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by Hiba Ameer.

2. Product Damaged on Delivery

If the product is received in damaged condition, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A credit note valid for 7 days, redeemable on hibaameer.com

Return shipping charges will be borne by Hiba Ameer in such cases.

3. Size Issues

a) Standard Size Orders

If the size does not fit:

  • A one-time size exchange is allowed, or

  • A credit note valid for 7 days may be issued

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Please note, only one size exchange per outfit is permitted.

Important Notes

  • No exchanges or returns are allowed on Eid collections or Sale items.

  • Customized or made-to-order items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless faulty.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact our Customer Care through the link provided on the website.

  2. Securely pack the item in its original packaging, if possible.

  3. Courier the parcel back using a reliable courier service of your choice.

Returned items must be in unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition, along with original tags.

Refund Policy

Hiba Ameer follows a strict no-refund policy.
Refunds are issued only if the product is unavailable, and in such cases, refunds will be processed within 5 working days.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Ready-to-Wear orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Made-to-Order purchases can be cancelled within 3 days of order placement.
